You’ll be:
- Building relationships with clients to develop an in-depth understanding of their business goals and product offering.
- Consulting on their value proposition, brand positioning, messaging and competitive strategy using customer insights and market analysis.
- Finding the balance between cost-efficiency and volume based on growth objectives and market factors.
- Utilising multi-channel paid media campaigns with a conceptual understanding of where each activity sits on the customer’s journey and in the brand's growth strategy.
- Advising on the benefits and limitations of attribution on wider digital strategy, with knowledge of Aira’s other services (SEO, Email & PR).
- Implementing the technical set-up of paid search and paid social campaigns including conversion tracking, landing page building, asset design and copywriting.
- Creating first-party data strategies to unlock the potential of machine learning and increase campaign efficiency.
- Improving data visibility through effective tagging, data studio set up and CRM reporting.
- Developing the team’s service offering, challenging preconceptions and training junior members.
About you:
You’re growth-minded and creative with extensive experience consulting clients on paid media strategy and business growth.
You’ll have:
- Experience working in an agency or similar role.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, understanding the importance that direct communication has on your role.
- A growth mindset, always striving for excellence in your delivery.
- An understanding of machine learning and its impact on the digital marketing landscape.
- Expertise in Google’s Smart Bidding strategies and how to align them with business goals.
- Knowledge of conversion tracking across multi-channel paid media.
- Your own ideas on best practice principles and the future of digital marketing.

About Aira Digital
What happened in Vegas... didn't stay in Vegas.
Aira started when our co-founders had a chat over a drink at the Aria casino in Vegas, during the summer of 2014.
At the time, Matt was running his own small agency and working with small, local businesses to help them grow their businesses online.
Paddy was running the London office for Distilled and working with businesses at the other end of the spectrum, mostly big brands, startups and multinationals.
They wanted to build an agency that would "meet in the middle" and do great work, whilst not charging huge fees and providing a great place to work at the same time.
Years later, Aira has grown to nearly 50 people and retained a strong culture along the way.
Our focus on doing great work and building a great place to work will never change. Our approach is refreshingly simple and can be summarised as:
