Paid Media Consultant
The salary range for this role is £30,000 to £38,000 DOE
Aira is an award-winning performance marketing agency with a global footprint. Our head office is in Milton Keynes but the team is widely spread across the UK.
We are looking for a Paid Media Consultant with experience in growing brands through revenue-first paid search and social strategies with demonstrable knowledge of key platforms. You will be joining an award-winning agency and paid media team with ambitious plans for scaling the business and developing a stronger commercial-led approach to the market.
Aira works with growth-focused brands looking to scale and this means you will be accountable for the delivery of paid media strategy and campaigns for clients across e-Commerce, B2B, tech, SaaS and professional services. You will help the Paid Media Lead and our Head of Performance develop our product offering from creativity, through to adapting to machine learning and beyond.

This role is open to candidates commutable distance to our Milton Keynes office and we’d expect to see you in our Headquarters 4 days per week.
About the role
As a Paid Media Consultant, your role will predominantly be focused on working with our clients to develop their paid media strategies and execute campaigns to deliver against them. You should expect to work across a wide variety of clients and industries including eCommerce, B2B, Tech, SaaS, and financial services.
You will also be confident in:
- Building relationships with clients to develop an in-depth understanding of their business goals and product offerings so you can develop paid media solutions to support their business growth.
- Utilising multi-channel paid media campaigns with a conceptual understanding of where each activity sits on the customer’s journey and in the brand's growth strategy.
- Implementing the technical set up of paid search and paid social campaigns including conversion tracking, landing page building, asset design and copywriting.
- Creating first-party data strategies to unlock the potential of machine learning, increase campaign efficiency and mitigate cookie policy issues.
- Improving data visibility through effective tagging, data studio set up and CRM reporting.
- Acting as a mentor to junior members of the team to support their growth and development.
- Be comfortable with commercials including client campaign budget management.
About you:
We’re looking for someone with the following experience:
- Minimum 2+ years experience in a paid search-orientated role (senior executive, junior paid media manager, paid media consultant).
- At least 2+ years of experience working at a digital or performance marketing agency with e-commerce, professional services, tech/SaaS or financial services brands.
- Passionate about developing and delivering exceptional outcomes and results for clients that are underpinned by success metrics and KPIs.
- Excellent communication (written and verbal), interpersonal and presentation skills - especially with senior stakeholders.
- Able to function independently, as well as collaboratively with wider team members.
- Experience in using core ad platforms (e.g. Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
- Experience reporting from analytics platforms, preferably Google Analytics (GA4), and CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce).
It would be a bonus if:
- You’ve run campaigns on Pinterest Ads, Reddit Ads or Amazon Ads.
- You can illustrate success or have experience with programmatic.
- You’ve implemented conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager.

About Aira Digital
What happened in Vegas... didn't stay in Vegas.
Aira started when our co-founders had a chat over a drink at the Aria casino in Vegas, during the summer of 2014.
At the time, Matt was running his own small agency and working with small, local businesses to help them grow their businesses online.
Paddy was running the London office for Distilled and working with businesses at the other end of the spectrum, mostly big brands, startups and multinationals.
They wanted to build an agency that would "meet in the middle" and do great work, whilst not charging huge fees and providing a great place to work at the same time.
Years later, Aira has grown to nearly 50 people and retained a strong culture along the way.
