Digital Account Manager
Salary range: £26,000 – £34,000 dependent on experience.
Aira is a fast-growing digital agency based in the centre of Milton Keynes. We’re currently looking for a Digital Account Manager to join our team. You will be joining an experienced company at an exciting stage of growth and will be given the opportunity to grow in your role and get hands-on with projects like this and this from day one.
We believe in building a great place to work and an environment where we do our best work for clients. We feel passionately about building a great atmosphere for our staff and believe in a good work/life balance.
About the role
- You will lead the client management across a range of our multi-channel clients, leveraging our capabilities across digital marketing channels (SEO, Digital PR, paid media, and marketing automation) in order to drive business growth for our clients
- You will understand and be able to demonstrate the value of each digital marketing channel
- You will be able to identify opportunities in existing strategies through data analysis
- You will have excellent communication skills in order to build trust with clients and colleagues
- You will consistently be looking for ways to improve our knowledge, processes, and deliverables, whilst driving cross-channel strategy and alignment across multiple accounts and projects
- You will work with channel specialists to implement strategies to drive results for clients
- We expect you to understand the business goals of each client and how our work affects them
- Take a proactive and consultative approach in your client relationships to move towards the client's business goals
- The role requires working across multiple clients and for you to have a broad understanding of the digital marketing services Aira offers
- There is plenty of opportunity for progression, the next natural step being a Senior Digital Account Manager but we also give you plenty of opportunities to define your own career path based on what you enjoy and playing to your strengths.
About you
You’ll have at least two years of experience behind you in a similar Digital Marketing role (agency or in-house) and will have experience working on multi-channel accounts.
We’re looking for someone with the following:
- Minimum two years experience in a similar Digital Marketing role (agency or in-house)
- Strong understanding of the digital marketing landscape and the effectiveness of channels and when they should be used
- Strong communication skills both written and verbally – you will be expected to own communication for some of our client accounts from the outset which could include emails, calls and face to face meetings
- Exceptional client management skills - building relationships with clients is a key part of this role
- Experience working as part of a digital marketing team and delegating work
- You’ll be comfortable using platforms such as Google Analytics to review client performance and drive client business growth
- You’ll keep up to date with industry changes and actively read blogs to further your digital marketing knowledge.
What you’ll get – our culture
Culture is very, very important to us. So much so that we have published our culture code online so that you can see exactly what it means to us. We’d highly recommend that you take a look so that you can see what we offer and how we’re different from other agencies.
We also do a lot for your development, here are just a few of them:
- Regular personal development and concrete plans on how you can progress and grow within the company
- An annual training and technology budget to use as you see fit
- Unlimited, free books and audiobooks to help you learn and develop
- Opportunities to speak at industry events and our own MKGO event
- Mental health coaching and support thanks to our partnership with Sanctus
- Up to two days a year to use for volunteering days with charities

A great culture will push you and improve you for years to come. Take out the perks, and a great culture will still remain.
We offer a bunch of great perks too.

About Aira
What happened in Vegas... didn't stay in Vegas.
Aira started when our co-founders had a chat over a drink at the Aria casino in Vegas, during the summer of 2014.
At the time, Matt was running his own small agency and working with small, local businesses to help them grow their businesses online.
Paddy was running the London office for Distilled and working with businesses at the other end of the spectrum, mostly big brands, startups and multinationals.
They wanted to build an agency that would "meet in the middle" and do great work, whilst not charging huge fees and providing a great place to work at the same time.
Years later, Aira has grown to nearly 50 people and retained a strong culture along the way.
Our focus on doing great work and building a great place to work will never change. Our approach is refreshingly simple and can be summarised as:
- Be good people.
- Do great work.
- Grow what matters.
That's it.
